Have you worked really hard to get 6 pack abs yet still do not have them? Don't feel bad. The majority of people throughout the world have wasted thousands of hours of their life trying to get six pack abs. I'm going to show you how to put a stop to that today.

I'm going to help you get what you want. Six pack abs are not hard to get when you know how to get them. Before long, you'll be wondering why you had so much trouble before.

If you apply what you learn in this article today, you will get the abs you've always wanted. If you ignore what I'm telling you, you will have trouble. You may eventually get six pack abs, but I guarantee that it's going to take you much longer than using the fat burning strategy I'm presenting today. Start today. There's no reason to put this off any longer.

Why is it so hard for some of us to get a six pack?

We're all born with different genetics. Some of us are given more fat cells than others. We cannot decrease the number of fat cells that we have in our bodies. Did you know that the number of fat cells can increase, though? Not good, huh?

The good news is that we can decrease the size of the fat cells that we do have.

You MUST prevent your body from creating new fat cells. In order to do so, you have to start eating better and start exercising. I take that back... You have to start eating healthy all the time -- not just eating better. Exercise is a must.

Think of it this way... Every time you eat bad foods, every time you skip a workout, every time you slack off in the gym -- You are only creating more fat cells and making it harder on yourself to get the abs you want. Thinking of it this way just might motivate you to do something about your bad habits.

STOP! You've Got to Change Your Habits

Every time you go eat and eat fast food for lunch or dinner, you're creating more fat cells. Every time you skip a meal and eat a huge amount of food to make up for it, you're creating more fat cells.

What do you do next time someone offers you a piece of chocolate cake or a dessert that they slaved over all last night? That's right. You tell them they shouldn't have slaved over that dessert because you're not eating it! People should help others live a healthier life. Instead, we help kill each other by making and buying all of this crappy food that leads to more body fat!

If you're not willing to dedicate yourself to eating right and exercising hard, then you'll never get six pack abs. If you're ready to get six pack abs and really want them, you've got to be willing to work hard. And that means turning down all the unhealthy foods that only make you fatter.

You've got to start weight training intelligently. You need to know how and when to do aerobic exercise to burn body fat. You must do these things if you want a six pack -- there is not other way.

It takes hard work and effort to get great abs. You can either do it or you can quit and never get the abs you want. I don't know about you, but I don't quit. If I truly want something, I dedicate myself to getting it and I work hard and smart to get what I want.
