Looking For A Wonderful Film? Check Out These Fantastic Film Commentary

Everyone has their own opinion on great actors and great movies. No one is more right or more wrong since it is just an opinion nevertheless it is fun to have favorites and enjoy. Some actors have enormous talent, and some actors are easy on the eyes and then there are the actors that are both. We admire some actors more for what they do off the screen than onscreen, as some of them are great individuals who use their fame and fortune to help others and the world. Pick a movie from the list below.

Black like Me: Authoritative drama based on authentic history of a reporter who took drugs that permitted him to pass for black so he might feel racial prejudice first hand. Some facets of presentation are un-contemporary, although topics are still significant. Cast includes James Whitmore, Roscoe Lee Browne, Lenka Petersen, Sorrell Booke, Will Geer, Al Freeman, and Raymond Jacques. (107 minutes,'64)

The Horse Whisperer - After her daughter is critically injured in a horse riding accident, her well-off mother takes the horse to a well-known horse whisperer in Montana. A romance between the two follows.

High Crimes - Lawyer Claire Kubik has just been informed that her husband is not who she thinks he is. Tom Kubik is really Ron Chapman, and he is on trial in the military justice system for the assassination of villagers in Latin America. Claire takes on the case but just what will she discover, as the facts are unraveled?

Ivan the Terrible: Continuation of the fable of King Ivan IV, in which he takes on the boyars in a clash for power. Extraordinary film is just a hint underneath its predecessor, Prohibited by Stalin due to arguable illustration of Ivan's secret patrol, and not released till'58. Cast includes Nikolai Cherkassov; Serafima Birman, Mikhail Nazvanov, Pavel Kadochnikov, and Andrei Abrikosov. (88 minutes,'46)

Sugar Town - Enjoyable mosaic of LA life characterizing a handful of characters whose lives unite - a musician aspirant who'll do anything to get ahead, an uptight lone woman who allures the unsuitable men like a magnet, and a band made up of cleaned-up '80s rock megastars, to name a few. Made on a shoestring, although sharp and well recognized; superb cast contains a number of actual musicians. Cast includes Ally Sheedy, Rosanna Arquette, John Taylor, Jade Gordon, Michael Des Barres, Lucinda Jenney, and Martin Kemp. (92 minutes,'99)

We will forever have our favorite movies and our favorite actors and actresses. We may like them because of their talent or for other reasons but now that we can download full-length, high quality movies immediately on the Internet at least we won't have to miss any of their movies.
